During your initial consultation (in-store or virtual), we’ll discuss your preferences for style, metals (gold, platinum), gemstones (diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, tanzanite), budget, and timeline. Step 2: Design & CAD Creation (Computer-Aided Design)

 

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, our designers get to work. We translate your ideas into a detailed 3D digital model using state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. This intricate model allows you to see your piece from every angle before it's even created. We'll present these CAD renderings to you for review and approval, making any necessary adjustments until it’s absolutely perfect.

Step 3: Wax Model & 3D Printing

 

With your CAD design approved, the next exciting step is creating a physical representation of your jewelry. We use advanced 3D printing technology to produce a highly accurate wax model of your design. This wax model provides a tangible preview of your piece, allowing you to hold it, feel its proportions, and confirm every detail before we proceed to metal casting.

Step 4: Casting in Precious Metal

 

Once you give final approval on the wax model, it's time for the transformation into precious metal. Using the ancient art of "lost wax casting," your wax model is carefully encased in a plaster-like material. This mold is then heated, melting away the wax and leaving a perfect cavity. Molten gold, platinum, or the metal of your choice is then poured into this cavity, taking the exact form of your design.
